The 610 Horizontal Flanger was designed to handle diameters 202 through 603 with heights ranging 109 to 814 (Custom height options possible). Parts, service and rebuild options are available from CTS for this equipment.

The Borden Model 200 Scroll Shear has been around for quite some time withstanding a multitude of changes made to the end manufacturing industry. Squaring tables sometimes accompany this machine. Parts and service options are available from CTS for this equipment.
The Borden Model 440 Duplex Slitter is fed by the sheet feeder. Sheet sizes ranging from 24″ x 24″ to 44″ x 44″. Borden Model 441 has the separate Cutter Grinder feature. Parts and service options are available from CTS for this equipment.
The Borden automatic sheet feeder is used to deliver steel or aluminum sheets to the Scroll Shear or the Duplex Slitter. Parts and service options are available from CTS for this equipment.
The Borden Model 92 Strip Feed Press can operate up to 350 strokes per minute. Strips of material prepared at the Scroll Shear are stacked up, transferred by hand to the Strip Feed Press and begins to produce can ends.
